The acquisition of a share(s) in Limpopo-Lipadi Botswana Investments Ltd represents a unique investment opportunity. Limpopo-Lipadi owns a freehold interest in roughly 20,000 hectares of land, situated in the Tuli Block of Botswana on the border with South Africa.

The Reserve includes 14 kilometres of river frontage on one of Africa’s great rivers, the historic Limpopo, which rises in South Africa and flows into the Indian Ocean along the Mozambique coast. It forms part of the international boundary between Botswana and South Africa.

The Limpopo’s majestic trees and riverine habitats provide a haven for large mammals, reptiles, fish, birds and insects and an ideal environment to develop a pristine wilderness area in keeping with Limpopo-Lipadi’s ethos of allowing shareholders to develop their conservation interests.

Limpopo-Lipadi is offering a limited amount of shares for sale. The shares may be acquired either individually as “Gold Shares”, or grouped into lots of 3 as a “Platinum Share”, or 5 as a “Diamond Share”.

Each share class affords different rights to the shareholder, notably Platinum and Diamond shares have attached property ownership and development rights, allowing the shareholder to construct a private lodge on a specified private site, whereas a Gold share allows the owner to use the communal lodges and facilities in River Camp.

The largest portion of once available shares has been acquired by investors from a variety of countries including Australia, the Netherlands, South Africa, the United Kingdom, Italy, France, New Zealand, Singapore and the US.

What has drawn all of these investors together is a common passion for nature, a commitment to conservation, an attraction to Africa and most importantly a desire to experience Africa on their own terms as a direct owner of this unique Reserve.
