But the reward? Absolutely worth it. The bush was dense, making every game sighting feel like an achievement. And with the reserve all to ourselves, we embraced the safari on our own terms: playing cards in the shade of the Kirkia Forest, enjoying a long lunch at Black Rock, and navigating the wilderness as the only 4×4 out in the Reserve.
