If you want to see the Big Five in one day, you may want to look further and not come to Limpopo-Lipadi. That is what we as co-owners sometimes jokingly say to each other and our guests.

And there a good reason for that: at Limpopo-Lipadi, we take it easy and adjust to the relaxed rhythm of the bush. We encourage our guests to enjoy their stay at the Reserve ‘as wild as you like’.

Like, an experience that starts with tracking wild dog spoor, joining our Anti-Poaching team on a walk to track our rhino, climbing one of our beautiful koppies (rocky outcrops) for a breathtaking sundowner, or simply waiting at a waterhole for the animals to arrive. All in the company of our experienced and knowledgeable guides. And if you’re lucky, you might just bump into a full-bellied leopard resting in a tree or find yourself surrounded by our breeding herd of elephant taking a mud bath.
