With an endangered brown hyena population across Southern Africa, Limpopo-Lipadi is very lucky to have a healthy brown hyena population. On a regular basis one encounters these funny, scruffy, wild-maned animals while they are scavenging for food. One late afternoon these shareholders passed a well-hidden hyena den, not expecting to find anything there, as this den had been left vacant for quite some time. So, it was such a lucky surprise to see two curious puppy faces lifting their heads through the thick bush when they drove past. When they stopped, one of the pups hid behind the other, but here is the braver one, as cute as it gets!
