The world is in different stages of lockdown and while we’re not sure when we can visit our beloved Limpopo-Lipadi again, the conservation and maintenance work in the reserve continues with more fervour than ever. Lately, the maintenance team has been hard at work cutting back bushes that scrape the vehicles and mowing and grading the roads. So, by the time the reserve is ‘back in business’, the bush and beasts will be in excellent condition and ready to welcome shareholders to their own part of Africa. Now, the only problem is that the animals may be shyer than before, as they’ve had the place practically to themselves for quite some time.
